*During early June and late May when the season first begins, smaller dogs are more likely to be able to stay at the Villas, however please call the front desk to further consult with them.

For the safety of our guests, visitors are not allowed at The Villas On Lake George in terms of parking, or using the resort facilities. Illegally parked cars will be towed at the car owner’s expense.
ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE!
A penalty of $200 will be charged for extra cleaning and deodorizing if there is evidence of smoking in the room.

NO OVERCROWDING OF ROOMS. AS PER FIRECODES, MAXIMUM OF 1 PERSON PER TWIN SIZE BED, 2 PERSONS PER DOUBLE, QUEEN OR KING SIZE BED. OVERCROWDING OF ROOM IS CAUSE FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.
Permits issued to guests must display permits as instructed and park in corresponding parking space only. Violators may be towed at car owner’s expense
All REGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE ISSUED PARKING PERMITS
Provided: Bed linens and bath towels, toilet paper and bath soap, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.
Used bath towels may be exchanged for fresh ones on Monday and Thursday of each week.
Not provided: your own daily cleaning supplies, paper towels, charcoal and lighter fluid. You may bring your own small electric appliances such as electric frying pans, toaster ovens, etc. for housekeeping units only.
Minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged if unit is not left broom swept, dishes cleaned and garbage placed in totes.

The Villas on Lake George will be opening for the 2021 season on May 15 2021.
As the current situation with Covid-19 continues to evolve, we are updating our procedures with guidance from the CDC and our local and state government. The safety of our guests and employees are our top priority. Our policies and procedures will be updated as we enter different phases of reopening. We do ask all guests to follow social distancing guidelines, wear face coverings when entering the office and in public when you are not able to keep at least a 6 foot distance from other guests and employees.
Modified Check in /Check out Procedure
As we comply with social distancing guidelines, we are limiting contact during the check in and check out process. We ask that only one person come into the office at a time, wearing appropriate face covering, to complete the check in process and get keys for your room.
To adequately clean and sanitize our guest room, public space and property, we are strictly enforcing our check in time and check out time. Please do not arrive prior to 4:00pm for check in and check out must be at 10:00am, to ensure we have the proper time to sanitize for the next guests.
Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to extend the courtesy of using the resort prior to check in or after check out.
As we navigate this evolving situation, we will be updating our procedures accordingly. Therefore, as directed by the state and local government, the following areas are temporarily closed until we are able to open them safely:
Recreational activities: recreation room
Daily maid service will be suspended

Social distancing is in effect, and we have spaced out our outdoor chairs and lounge areas to ensure that we are keeping a safe distance between guests and employees.
Please be responsible, practice social distancing and wear your face covering whenever social distancing is not possible in all public areas.
We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitizing procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the property and in both public restrooms.
All guest rooms will be cleaned and sanitized with EPA approved disinfectants to ensure that your room is as safe as possible. In addition, we will be utilizing UVC light disinfecting wands to additionally sanitize high touch areas including door handles, remotes, faucets, etc.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning our common areas including the front office, public restrooms and other high touch areas.
Daily maid service will not be provided. We will be replenishing items as needed and on request. Limited guest room towel service will be available. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
Limited use of kayaks and paddle boards available.
In compliance with contact tracing requirements, absolutely no visitors allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on property.

A deposit is required on all reservations. The required deposit amount is equal to 50% of the total room charges, including 7% State Sales Tax and 4% Warren County Occupancy Tax. Deposits for reservations made by phone must be received within 10 days of the booking date, or the reservation will be cancelled. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. Balance due is to be paid at check-in or as otherwise requested. Personal checks are not accepted as payment for the balance at check-in. Cash, traveler’s checks, bank checks and money orders are accepted. Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards and most debit cards are also accepted. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF PAYMENTS MADE AT CHECK-IN.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Deposits (less than $50 service charge) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented without loss of income to The Villas On Lake George. If the unit cannot be re-rented without loss, the deposit is forfeited.
STANDARD RESORT UNITS:
Deposit (less $50 service charge) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. No refunds will be given if cancelled within the 2 week period, even if the unit is re-rented.
Reservations are a commitment to stay for the full period reserved. Any reduction in length of stay is considered a cancellation. A reduction in the length of stay is either leaving earlier than the reserved departure date, or arriving later than the reserved arrival date. “No shows” after 10:00 PM of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation of the entire reservation unless prior notification is received.
